Billing, cancellation & refunds

1. Plans & billing

Tefluent offers a free plan and mock-exam packs (currently Tefluent Pro: 5 full AI-graded mock exams for CAD $49). Packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions: nothing renews automatically and there is nothing to cancel. Prices are in CAD and may be shown in your local currency at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your card details. Applicable taxes (such as GST or VAT) are added at checkout where required.

2. How packs work

A pack adds mock-exam credits to your account that do not expire.

• Your first full mock is AI-graded for free, so you can try the product before buying.
• A paid mock is used when you submit it for grading. Reading and listening practice never use a pack.
• Packs stack: buying again adds to your remaining balance.
• Each mock is one-shot (no retake), just like the real exam.

3. Refunds

Because a full AI-graded mock is included free so you can try the product first, paid packs are non-refundable once you have submitted a paid mock from them.

If you have not used any mock from a pack, or you were charged in error or twice, email us at hello@tefluent.com within 14 days of the charge and we will issue a refund where appropriate. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

4. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we keep your Pro access active for a short grace period while Stripe retries the charge, and we will prompt you to update your payment method. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription is cancelled and your account returns to the free plan.
